Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13th, 2026
Pinnacle, operated by Nishchay Jaiswal, collects personal information through withpinnacle.ai and related communications. Client service data is governed by the applicable client agreement and data processing terms.
Information and use
We collect contact and business details, messages, IP addresses, browser/device details, page requests, and technical logs. We use these to respond, schedule meetings, discuss services, operate and secure the site, and meet legal obligations.
Analytics and choices
We use necessary browser storage for site functions and privacy choices. With consent, PostHog collects page views, referral/campaign details, clicks, visit times, device details, identifiers, and potentially IP-derived approximate location to improve the site. We do not use session replay or cursor recording, or intentionally send form contents or sensitive information to PostHog.
Optional analytics stays off until accepted. Reject or withdraw consent through Cookie settings; withdrawal stops future collection, not prior storage. Browser settings can manage cookies. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
Sharing
We share necessary information with hosting, email, forms, scheduling, and analytics providers; for legal or security reasons; or in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Linked services may collect information under their own privacy policies.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for these purposes and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it; backups expire normally. We limit access and use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restrictions; object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a regulator. Email hello@withpinnacle.ai. We may verify your identity and respond as required by law, without discrimination.
Where EU/UK law applies, our legal bases are analytics consent, legitimate interests in business communications and site operation/security, requested pre-contract steps, and legal obligations. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Providers may process information in the United States or other countries with different privacy laws. We use transfer safeguards where legally required.
Children and changes
This site is for business users, not children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information; contact us to request its removal. Updates will appear here with a revised date and additional notice where legally required.
